The Monument to Pietrarubbia and the Project for the Urbino Cemetery
The exhibition, which is part of the great event organized to celebrate Arnaldo Pomodoro's 90th birthday, intends to show the dialogue between sculpture, architecture and the space surrounding it: the Minoa Symposium in Marsala and the wine cellar of the Tenute Lunelli in Bevagna (exhibited at the Triennale through February 5, curated by Aldo Colonetti), and the monument of Pietrarubbia and the project for the new Cemetery of Urbino (at the Foundation, curated by Ada Masoero).
The works documented through maquettes, drawings and photographs - developed by the visions of Pomodoro - become urban landscape, signs that characterize the territory, part of our daily life.
The exhibition in the Foundation venue (via Vigevano 9) is extended until March 3, 2017 (Tuesday-Friday, 11am-1pm / 2-7pm)
