    11 October 2025

In Arnaldo Pomodoro’s Studio, we find several graphic works with a sculptural appearance… the process takes place through the drypoint printing technique, which means without the use of inks, to imprint raised shapes on the paper.
With this workshop, you will have the opportunity to enter the Artist’s Studio and create using his very own tools.
We soak the printing paper, prepare a matrix, and create a detailed and complex composition, set up the registration, and finally print two copies of our artwork using the press.

    Printing workshop for families

We ink the matrix, elaborate shapes and colours by looking around, among the works of Arnaldo Pomodoro, and finally print unique specimens. We notice how by intervening on the matrix and modifying the marks with different tools, the result changes for each print, this is the magic of the monotype.
