Teatro del tempo
On Wednesday 11 January, at 6 pm, at the MUSMA – Museo della Scultura Contemporanea di Matera (in via San Giacomo, Sasso Caveoso) opens the exhibition Teatro del tempo. Arnaldo Pomodoro a Matera, curated by Antonio Calbi.
The exhibition is organized by the Fondazione Zètema of Matera, in collaboration with the Fondazione Arnaldo Pomodoro and Civita Mostre, with the support of the Municipality of Matera and APT Basilicata.
Next to L’inizio del tempo n. 2, former protagonist of L’inizio del tempo. Le ricerche spazialiste di Arnaldo Pomodoro, at Palazzo Pomarici will be exhibited works of the spatialist researches of the late Fifties and works relating to the scenic projects created by Arnaldo Pomodoro, including three works from the Foundation’s Collection: La macchina del tempo (1960), Porte dell’Edipo (1988) e il costume di Edipo per Oedipus Rex di Igor Stravinskij (1988).
