Opere dei giovani artisti allievi del Centro TAM 1999-2000

curated by Fondazione Arnaldo Pomodoro
November 27, 1999 – January 22, 2000
Cascina Grande, Rozzano

With the exhibition Scuola d’arte del Montefeltro, set up in the spaces of Cascina Grande in Rozzano, the Arnaldo Pomodoro Foundation inaugurates its project for the promotion and organization of exhibitions and debates, with a focus on the study of 20th-century sculpture in universities and academies, as well as initiatives related to the work of young artists.

The exhibition, curated by the Foundation with the collaboration of the municipalities of Rozzano and Pietrarubbia, features around 150 works – including sculptures, jewelry, ornaments, and design works – created over the course of eight years by the students who attended the courses at the TAM Center (Artistic Treatment of Metals), founded in 1990 by the Municipality of Pietrarubbia with the initiative of Arnaldo Pomodoro and with the support of the Marche Region and the European Social Fund.

The exhibition is accompanied by a catalog published by Lupetti with texts by Francesco Leonetti, Aldo Colonetti, Elonora Fiorani, Jacqueline Ceresoli, Maurizio Mazzoli, Massimo Sassi, Arnaldo Pomodoro, and Eliseo Mattiacci.
