ORIZZONTE 2023 | Parole, immagini e musica per edificare il futuro

With Orizzonte. Words, Images, and Music to Build the Future, the new schedule of cultural and musical events curated by singer-songwriter Giovanni Caccamo, from April 26 to October 6, 2023, the Arnaldo Pomodoro Foundation will host a series of events with different formats in the studio of Arnaldo Pomodoro. These events are designed with the goal of engaging a growing and diverse audience, with particular attention to younger generations.

First event on Wednesday, April 26 with the book presentation of The Formula of Socrates by Cristina dell’Acqua. The writer leads readers to discover the character of Socrates, whose teachings are based on the themes of research, freedom, dialogue, and doubt. A formula that nourishes the love for questions and begins with a single premise: the knowledge and care of oneself. By learning to think socratically, we learn the courage to be ourselves. Among the other events in the program is a "summer kickoff concert" on Friday, June 9 with Anastasio, the rapper and winner of the twelfth season of X Factor, and a performance with the singer-songwriter Laura Valente, former lead vocalist of Matia Bazar, on Friday, October 6. The latter event is reserved for Friends of the Foundation.
