A space for reflection and work, Arnaldo Pomodoro's studio is the exceptional place through which to learn about the artist's life and works. Accompanied by an expert guide, we discover the sculptor's laboratory to learn his secrets, we take out the materials and work tools to gain experience of his techniques. We delve into the artist's American years through the exhibition La negazione della forma. Arnaldo Pomodoro tra minimalismo e controculturawhere there are original works, documents and archive materials, set up in some rooms of the studio. The exhibition curated by Federico Giani, internal curator of the Foundation, puts the spotlight on the period 1966-1970, an extremely lively season, during which Arnaldo Pomodoro developed an unprecedented experimentation with forms - influenced by phenomena such as Minimal Art - giving life to groups of sculptures characterized by an extreme formal synthesis such as the Rotanti, the Forma .
